These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and products offered by Capstone Security Inc. 1. Introduction

Capstone Security Inc. provides on-site security personnel (guards), mobile patrols, alarm monitoring, event security, and surveillance system installation and management. These Terms apply to all users accessing or using the Service and are intended to set forth the rules, responsibilities, and limitations regarding your use of our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

 

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Capstone Security Inc. will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data, but we are not responsible for any breaches in account security or loss of data resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

 

6. Payment Terms (if applicable)

  • Billing: If applicable, users will be billed according to the subscription or service plan selected at the time of registration. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon billing cycle (e.g., monthly, yearly).

  • Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement or as required by applicable law.

  • Late Payments: In the event of late payment or failure to pay for services rendered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You may also be subject to additional fees for late payment.

  • SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

Updates regarding orders, agreements, or other relevant information. 

Types of messages Job Applicants may expect to receive:

Information about your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment related updates.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capstone Security Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

10. Termination or Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Service or your account, with or without cause, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated data.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Platform or by contacting customer support.

 

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.  You agree to first try to resolve any disputes informally by contacting Capstone Security Inc. Any further dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the state of California, US. 

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective as of the date of posting. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
