OUR STORY
Capstone Security was founded upon the principle that every individual and business in Northern California and beyond has the right to feel secure. Stemming from a rich background in community advocacy, public service, and a genuine desire to make a difference, our management team recognized the limitations of the security industry in terms of allocating time and resources to recruit, lead, develop and coach security personnel effectively. This led to a realization that we are in the people business and people are inspired by genuine, authentic and compassionate leadership. One of our greatest differentiators is in our leadership style that inspires dedication, hard work ethic and loyalty by our own example. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be an inspiration in the security industry and the communities we serve and not just another security provider! OUR FOUNDERS
Sabrina Wagner
CEO
Sabrina has over 20 years of security and risk management industry experience which includes founding a multi-million-dollar security company that was successfully acquired by one of the world's largest security firms. She is continuing to chart an innovative strategy with a renewed passion and sense of purpose with Capstone Security. She is focused on solving her customers' security concerns resulting in efficient, highly trained, and motivated security teams. She has a broad range of backgrounds that have encompassed immersive team training programs, community-building initiatives, risk management and critical market analysis within the security industry, property management, non-profit, enterprise, and entrepreneurial environments. She has a reputation of excellence for implementing transformational security strategies and a substantial resume in security providing excellent customer service to companies and properties in the high-tech and property management industries. She was also instrumental in building state-of-the-art Global Security Command Centers including staffing with highly trained Global Security Command Center Operators and in the development of site-specific training covering command center requirements.
Orlando Macias
CEO
Orlando Macias brings to Capstone Security a lifetime of Community Service and Civic Engagement, beginning as a youth counselor in Sonoma County’s Teen Court, serving as a youth advisor for the Town of Windsor’s Teen Advisory Council, followed by positions of program director for alternative programs for troubled/gang-affiliated youth in Sonoma and Marin County. This work with young people and the community at large led him to a decorated 13-year career at the Santa Rosa Police Department, where his community-oriented policing proved to be an example to the entire department. His dedication to young people and their safety and well-being, provided a path to his expertise in school and campus safety, where he has focused and donated numerous hours to local districts and facilities. Being forced to retire due to injuries he sustained on his hands while evacuating residents from the Tubbs Fires, Macias brings a high level of real-world experience, threat assessment, and how best to implement and train our officers to provide world-class security services. He is currently president of the Board of Directors for Lifeworks of Sonoma County, A non-profit agency providing mental health services to no-income/low-income families and their children. He currently provides job training workshops to incarcerated youths and is a regular guest speaker at juvenile detention facilities. In addition, he is a mentor in the Santa Rosa Junior College Puente program. He holds a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Chicano & Latino Studies from Sonoma State University.
