About the Role
Capstone Security, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Operations Supervisor to oversee our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory roles, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service skills. This position is critical to maintaining the safety and security of our clients and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Security Operations: Lead and manage a team of armed security personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development to security staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Incident Management: Oversee and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding armed security operations. Regularly review and update security protocols to maintain the highest safety standards.
• Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of security strategies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for security personnel, providing feedback and guidance to improve overall team performance.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a security operations role, preferably in an armed security environment. Preferred Law Enforcement or Military experience but is not required.
Certification: Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card & Exposed Firearm Permit.
First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)
Crisis Prevention & Intervention (Preferred)
Active Shooter (Preferred)
Fire Safety & Response (Preferred)
Tactical Patrol (Preferred)
Executive/Personal Protection (Preferred)
License: Must possess valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Must have reliable transportation.
Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and professional development.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies.
Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
